These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases made through Liquidate Ease. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
As a dropshipping business, Liquidate Ease does not hold inventory or fulfill orders directly. All orders are processed and shipped by third-party suppliers, and returns, refunds, and warranties are subject to their policies.

1. Website Use & Access
1.1 You may use this website for personal and business purchases in accordance with these terms.
1.2 You may not copy, modify, or reproduce any website content without prior written consent.
1.3 We take reasonable measures to ensure website uptime, but we are not liable for any downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.
1.4 Any material submitted to this website must not violate UK laws, including but not limited to discriminatory, obscene, or harmful content.
1.5 Links to Third-Party Websites – We may provide links to external sites for additional resources. We do not endorse or take responsibility for content on third-party websites.
2. Ordering & Payments
2.1 All prices listed are in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
2.2 We do not charge VAT. However, if VAT is applicable via our suppliers, it will be included in the final invoice.
2.3 Payment must be made at checkout using Stripe, PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.
2.4 Orders Cannot Be Modified After Dispatch – Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it is considered final.
2.5 Liquidate Ease reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if the supplier is unable to fulfill the order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 Shipping Policy – Liquidate Ease does not ship products directly. All orders are fulfilled by third-party UK-based suppliers, and shipping times vary per product.
3.2 Delivery Times – Estimated delivery times are stated on each product page. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
3.3 Failed Delivery Attempts – If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the customer may be subject to a redelivery charge.
3.4 Inspection on Delivery – Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours by emailing liquidateease@gmail.com with supporting images.
3.5 Incorrect, Missing, or Faulty Items – If an order is incomplete, incorrect, or defective, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
3.6 We Are Not Liable for Shipping Delays – Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates, and we do not accept liability for delays caused by couriers or suppliers.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
4.1 All Returns Are Subject to Supplier Approval – Liquidate Ease acts as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier. The supplier determines the validity of returns and refunds.
4.2 Return Window – Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
4.3 Restocking Fee – A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
4.4 Return Address – Items must be returned at the customer’s expense to:

4.5 Refund Process – Refunds will only be processed once the supplier has approved the return and refunded Liquidate Ease.
4.6 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without a penalty.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as returns and subject to a 25% restocking fee.
4.7 Non-Returnable Items – Items that have been used, installed, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
5. Warranty & Liability
5.1 Warranty Coverage – Most products come with a 12-month parts-only warranty from the supplier. This warranty does not cover:
- Wear & tear
- Damage due to misuse or negligence
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
5.2 Warranty Claims – Customers must contact Liquidate Ease, who will liaise with the supplier regarding warranty claims. The supplier reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund faulty items.
5.3 Limited Liability – Liquidate Ease is not responsible for:
- Any business losses due to product failure.
- Delayed delivery issues affecting restaurant or business operations.
- Consequential losses (loss of earnings, profit, or reputational damage).
6. Legal Compliance & Governing Law
6.1 All transactions are considered B2B (Business-to-Business) and do not fall under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
6.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
6.3 Amendments & Updates – We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website confirms your acceptance of any changes.
