Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Brand New Products: Eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • B-Grade Tested Products: Eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Untested Used Products: No returns are accepted.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at liquidateease@gmail.com. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a return or replacement, and the cost of shipping will be covered by us.

1. Our Role in the Return Process

Liquidate Ease operates as a dropshipping company, meaning that we do not stock or ship products ourselves. Your order is fulfilled and delivered by third-party suppliers, and as such, the return and refund process is also subject to their policies.

Important Note: Liquidate Ease will assist you in initiating a return or refund with the supplier, but the final decision on the eligibility of a return or refund lies with the supplier.

2. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • The Item is faulty or damaged: If you product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • The wrong item was received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you may return it for the correct item or refund.
  • The item does not match the description: If the product differs significantly from the description on our website, you are eligible for a return and refund.

 

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (unless faulty or damaged).
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • You must contact us first to receive return instructions from the supplier.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) must be provided.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact Liquidate Ease: Email us at liquidateease@gmail.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., damaged, incorrect item, etc.).
  2. Follow Supplier Instructions: Once we notify the supplier, they will provide you with return instructions, including how and where to send the item.
  3. Shipping Responsibility: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, the supplier may cover the return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Health and hygiene products (e.., personal care items) once the seal is broken
  • Digital products or software (once downloaded or accessed)

Please check the product description before purchasing to see if an item falls into one of these categories.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by the supplier, they will determine whether your return is approved for a refund. Liquidate Ease will only process a refund to you after the supplier has refunded us. This ensures that refunds are issued correctly and in line with the suppliers policies.

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Supplier Approval: If the supplier approves your return and issues a refund to Liquidate Ease, we will then process the refund to your original payment method. This may take up to 14 days after we have received the refund from the supplier.
  • Rejection of Refunds: If the supplier rejects the refund request (due to reasons such as the item not being in its original condition or outside the return period), Liquidate Ease will be unable to issue any refund. You will be notified of the rejection, and the product will be returned to you if requested.

 

Please note that Liquidate Ease has no control over the supplier’s decision regarding refunds. We act as an intermediary and will only issues a refund once we received the funds from the supplier.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again as refunds can take some time to process.
  2. Contact your credit card company: Refunds may take several business days before they are officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank: There may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and prefer a replacement, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. The process for exchanges is the same as returns- please contact us at liquidateease@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Before Shipping: Orders can only be cancelled before the are forwarded to our supplier for fulfilment. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item once it is received, in line with our return policy.

9. Legal Notice

Liquidate Ease facilitates the return and refund process between you and the supplier. However, Liquidate Ease is not responsible for any delays or rejections of refunds or returns that result from supplier policies. By purchasing from Liquidate Ease, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any legal claims or disputes regarding the quality of the product, its condition, or delivery issues must be directed to the supplier, as they are responsible for the fulfilment and shipping of your order.
  • Liquidate Ease’s role is to assist in facilitating communication between the customer and the supplier, but we cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges in cases where the supplier does not approve them.
